The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming and pollen abounds. It’s in these times our thoughts turn to ….. grilling outdoors?
At the Overlook Condos, it is best to think ELECTRIC GRILLS! All electric grills or smokers are OK on our patios and decks!
As a reminder, it is unlawful to store gas canisters or gas grills on your patio or deck or to have any “open flames” on your decks. Failing to adhere to this VERY IMPORTANT law may result in a fine from the fire marshal &/or the HOA! NO GAS ANTHING OR OPEN FLAMES ARE ALLOWED ON THE DECKS OR PATIOS!
If you SEE ANYTHING say SOMETHING. It could mean the difference between life and death of a neighbor or their pet!
Please contact us if you have any questions about grills.
